What have you done today to lower your impact?
We are washing away the foundations of our existence on every front. It is high time we move from crashing about on the planet like a bull in china shop and find a way to go forward with intent. We must find systems of living based on sustainability. The systems and tools exist, it is up to each of us to adopt them.

I like this ad - it does make you sit up and listen. It sparked a family discussion the first time we saw it.
Will there be a happy ending? If the blogosphere is anything to go by - no. For every blog promoting a green sustainable message there are many more too willing to tell us about the "global warming myth", "global warming conspiracy" and "I'll drive a big truck if I want to .... it's my goddamn right as a free American!!"
Every little helps though and I'm pretty sure the petrol, gas and electricity price hikes we face in the coming years will do a lot to modify people's behaviour.
As with all of this work, I believe some of us will have happy endings, some won't. We are the only ones who can choose which it will be.
