What have you done today to lower your impact?
We are washing away the foundations of our existence on every front. It is high time we move from crashing about on the planet like a bull in china shop and find a way to go forward with intent. We must find systems of living based on sustainability. The systems and tools exist, it is up to each of us to adopt them.

I'm glad there was no lasting damage and you can turn it into a firewood opportunity :)
Thanks, It could have been a lot worse. There were some pretty big trees down but I didn't see any damage to houses nor did I hear of injuries. I'll keep an eye out in the paper, we get a neighbors recycled ones, for reports on this storm. It was highly localized. We got a brief, 2 minutes maybe, bit of wind and some rain, no damage, and we are only 4 miles away from the rental property.
