What have you done today to lower your impact?
We are washing away the foundations of our existence on every front. It is high time we move from crashing about on the planet like a bull in china shop and find a way to go forward with intent. We must find systems of living based on sustainability. The systems and tools exist, it is up to each of us to adopt them.

Great. I promoted this exact idea in 1998 to Los Angeles-area transportation officials, then again to a local representative's office in 2003. Seems everything old is supposedly new again. My plan had everything the Avego web site states plus more security features. This technology was possible way back in 1998. There isn't anything new here. In fact, it's a decade old.
Thanks for the comment Leslie,
When I move to the states later this year I hope to look into setting up some sort of a car share scheme where we are going to be living.
